Privacy

• Account info: your name, email, and a password, if you create an account.
• Club membership and purchase records, if you join the club.
• Reservation details: name, email, phone number, party size, date and time.
• Your email, if you join the newsletter.
• Your name, email, and message, if you write to us through the contact form.

Running the club (billing, quarterly pickups, your member card), handling reservations, sending receipts and other service emails, and sending the newsletter you signed up for. Payments are handled by Stripe — we never see your full card number. The services that help us run this only handle your information on our behalf, and protect it the same way we do.

We never sell your info. No third-party ads. No tracking or advertising cookies — just the ones that keep you signed in.

The camera only turns on when you point it at a bottle — nothing is recorded unless you do that. If you scan a bottle, we may keep the scan photo to make the scanner smarter. Your member card and the wine list are saved on your phone so you can pull them up offline.

Ask in the app and we'll process it within 7 days. We remove your sign-in and personal info. We keep anonymized purchase history, and any financial records we're legally required to hold onto. Don't have the app anymore? Email denise@rosies.wine from your membership email and we'll take care of it the same way.
